We are only able to offer an exchange or refund on items that are in resalable condition, unopened condition. All packaging received with your goods, such as boxes should be returned along with your items in order to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that you receive a faulty item or damaged goods, we will refund postage once items have been confirmed faulty or damaged.
